1. Service, Installation & Charges
Travel & Stay: Buyer covers all travel, lodging, and local transport for service engineers. If
not arranged, the seller will arrange it, and costs will be reimbursed.
Installation: ₹7,500 per person/day. Additional charges apply for buyer-caused delays.
Extended Stay: ₹10,000 per person/day if engineers stay beyond the agreed period due to
buyer-related issues.

2. Payment Terms
50% advance at order confirmation; 50% before dispatch, unless mutually agreed
otherwise.
Orders proceed only after receiving the advance; dispatch is held until full payment is cleared.

3. Order Cancellation & Refund
- Advance is non-refundable.
- If cancelled after manufacturing starts, the buyer compensates for incurred costs.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Standard models: 2–4 weeks | Customized models: 5–8 weeks
- Delays due to unforeseen factors (supply chain, logistics) are not the seller’s liability.
- No late delivery penalties (LD Clause).
5. Packing & Transportation
- Packing charges are fixed & non-negotiable (except for local/chartered transport).
- Buyer covers transportation costs; transit insurance is their responsibility.
6. Freight, Unloading & Site Readiness
- Buyer handles freight, unloading, and site preparation.
7. Warranty
- 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.
- Excludes damage from misuse, wear & tear, or third-party components.
- Defective parts replaced free, ex-works; installation is the buyer’s responsibility.
8. Inspection
- Machines are inspected before dispatch.
- Buyers must inspect within 7 days of readiness; otherwise, dispatch proceeds as approved.
9. Quotation & Pricing
- Quotation valid for as long as mentioned above.
- Prices may be revised if raw material costs fluctuate beyond 5% before placement of order.
10. Buyer’s Acceptance
- Purchase orders or advance payments confirm acceptance of these terms.
